Dave is involved in daily operations, appraisals, sales, and keeping Team Tarter running smoothly. He became a Real Estate Agent in 1996. In 1998 he became a Real Estate Broker and starter Tarter Realty. He began appraisal training in 2000 and became licensed in 2007. Along with appraisals and real estate, Dave is also our resident auctioneer. He is a member of Indiana Auctioneers, Indiana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Randolph, Delaware and Jay County Association of Realtors. When Dave isn't hard at work he enjoys riding motorcycles, camping, and spending time with his grand kids.

Matt is involved with daily operations, appraisals, sales, and being the captain of Team Tarter. He began his realtor career in 1999. In 2001 he began a career in law enforcement while still actively working in real estate focusing on investment properties. During his 10 years in law enforcement he was promoted from corrections all the way to Lt. Detective on the Drug Task Force. The increase of demand and general growth of the real estate business brought him back to real estate in August of 2010. Matt also performs many of the appraiser duties since becoming a licensed appraiser in 2012. He is an active member of the Rotary Club, on the Board of Directors for the Randolph County YMCA, a member of the Randolph Economic Development Board, and the City of Winchester Revolving Loan Fund Board. He is a member of the Indiana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Randolph, Delaware and Jay County Association of Realtors. In his spare time Matt likes to coach youth soccer, t-ball, and pee wee basketball. He enjoys camping, golfing, RC helicopters & airplanes. He believes in the “Golden Rule” as it applies to life and business.

Matt joined Team Tarter in February 2012 as a Real Estate Agent. In addition to being a member of Team Tarter, he also does Outside Sales for Portland and South Adams Motor Parts where he has worked since January of 2011. He graduated from Jay County High School in 2002 with a Core 40 Diploma. He then attended Ball State University and Ivy Tech Community College thru 2005. He was named Napa Fort Wayne Salesman of the Year in 2007.  He was also recognized as a Napa 5 Star Winner in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010. He has also completed Napa Sales Pro and Sales Master Courses. His hobbies and interests are home brewing, watching the Indianapolis Colts, and spending time with his family. He is a member of the Jay County Chamber Board of Directors.

Kyle joined Team Tarter in March 2012 as a Real Estate Agent. He is from Portland, and was married in November of 2012. He has two nieces, three nephews, and two godsons. He attended Ball State University and obtained a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Landscape Architecture in 2006. He is a lifelong resident of Jay County and this allows him to provide a detailed knowledge of various community assets. As a project manager for Cook’s Nursery he has worked closely with local community leaders in various municipalities including Muncie, Portland, Dunkirk, and Winchester. He was a Jay County Chamber of Commerce board member. He is currently a committee member of the Revolving Loan Committee for Portland. He was also an entrepreneurial judge for the Next Big Thing Business Plan Competition. He is a member of the Jay County Chamber of Commerce, Realtor MEIAR, INLA, and GRI Candidate.

Bryant became a member of Team Tarter in February 2013. Bryant graduated from Indiana University East in May 2013 with a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. After graduating from Winchester Community High School, he served in the United States Army Reserves as a medic. He is currently a full time Realtor for Team Tarter.  Bryant married his high school sweetheart, Kelsey Tarter, in October 2013. Bryant is a member of the Mid Eastern Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has two dogs; Ellie, who is a Boston Terrier, and a Chocolate Lab named Gus.

Brody joined Team Tarter in 2014.  He is a 2006 graduate of Winchester Community High School and a 2010 graduate of Wabash College.  He was a public school teacher for 4 years, along with being a boys' basketball coach.  Brody earned his real estate broker license in May of 2014 and works full-time in real estate.  Further, Brody is a member of the Indiana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and an active member of the Indiana Regional Multiple Listing Service.  In his spare time, Brody enjoys coaching basketball, and spending time with is wife, Christina, and son, Jackson.   

Tim Passmore joined Team Tarter in March of 2015. He has lived his entire life in this community and is proud to call Winchester home. After graduating from WCHS in 1976, Tim received Bachelor Degrees from Ball State University in Business Administration and Business Education. He later earned his Masters Degree in Special Education and endorsements in Secondary Administration. Tim retired from the field of education in 2014 after 30+ years of coaching, teaching and administration. Tim and his wife, Mary Ann, have one son, Ben. Ben and his wife, Miranda, have blessed them with a beautiful granddaughter, Delaney. Tim enjoys woodworking and golf as his hobbies. The Passmore family has a rich history in the building trades (over 50 years) and Tim looks forward to helping you find a house that you can make a home.

Paul Faddis joined Team Tarter in March of 2015. Paul is a lifelong resident of Winchester and enjoys small town living and all it offers. For the last 16 years, Paul has worked in management while earning a degree from I.U. in Finance, with a minor in Economics. Along with his wife Jennifer, Paul has been actively involved in raising 3 children, enjoying the various sporting events in which they have participated. Paul enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, and golfing.

Alena joined Team Tarter in August of 2014 as the Office Manager. She is a 2006 Graduate of Winchester Community High School. After high school, Alena attended Purdue University to major in biology. After switching majors, she transferred to Ball State University and is currently studying full-time, finishing her degree. Alena also tutors high school algebra and physics, and babysits part time. She was named the 2014 Young Professional of the Year by the Winchester Area Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing volleyball and tennis, and watching her favorite football team, the Colts.

Shelly is a 1984 graduate of Winchester High School. Before joining Tarter Realty as an office assistant, she worked at Old National Bank opening accounts and loans. In 1991, she married her husband, Jeff, and moved to Portland. Her daughter, Savanah, and son, Chandler, both attend college. She is a past board member and secretary of Jay County Patriot Band-Boosters. Shelly enjoys spending time with family and shopping.

Amanda joined the team in June of 2016 as an Administrative Assistant.  She is a 2000 Graduate of Warren Central High School in Indianapolis.  After high school, she attended International Business College to major in Accounting and later went on to Ivy Tech/Ashford University to receive her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education Administration.  In 2002, she married her husband, Jeremy, and they have two sons, Justin and Caston.  Amanda enjoys watching her son play travel baseball.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball and doing various crafts.
